Pressure-boosting pump station
A pressure-boosting station rated 5 m³/h at 5 bar. Piping and station frame made of stainless steel, pumps by Wilo. Pump control is handled by Italtechics frequency converters.
Information display board
An information display board custom-built for a client. The board shows data from solar power plant loggers with additional data processing before display. Loggers are polled over the Modbus TCP protocol.
Vending machine control board
Control boards designed and manufactured for water vending machines. The board controls the coin and bill acceptors, the pump and the heating element. Data is shown on an LCD display. Easily adapted to other vending machine types.
Burner for a cooking kettle
A 50 kW atmospheric burner designed and built for a confectionery cooking kettle. The burner runs on natural or LPG gas and offers high efficiency. The safety automation performs automatic burner ignition and protects against fault conditions. The burner can also be controlled by kettle temperature.
Control automation for a steam electric boiler
Control automation designed and built for a 45 kW steam boiler. Heating-element control was replaced with solid-state relays. PID control is used to keep steam pressure within a set range. The automation was designed without programmable devices, simplifying repair and maintenance by boiler-room staff.
