Process control system for an aluminum extrusion billet plant
Modernized the plant's automation system, replacing local Siemens S7-200 controllers with a centralized control system based on Schneider Electric TM262. Implemented a unified process control architecture, improving reliability, response time and system scalability. Carried out a full commissioning cycle, bringing all plant equipment into operation.
Installation of a high-temperature burner and its automation system
Design, assembly and installation of a copper melting furnace heating system. Equipment from Eclipse, a leading global manufacturer, was used. Delivered the full scope of work — from design to installation, control system integration and automation setup. Carried out commissioning with combustion parameter optimization and safety system testing.
Installation of a solid-fuel steam boiler plant
Delivered a complete cycle of work — from technical documentation development to installation of a 4 t/h steam boiler, flues, chimney, fuel supply systems and auxiliary equipment. Commissioning was carried out with testing of all process modes.
Maintenance of a 30 t/h steam boiler plant
Performed maintenance of steam boiler plant equipment, checked heat-engineering parameters, measured combustion tuning quality, and verified the operation of the boiler safety systems.
Repair of the boiler front-plate thermal insulation
Carried out a full repair to restore the thermal insulation of the boiler front plate. Removed worn refractory fireclay and installed high-quality fire-resistant insulation wool. The new materials increased boiler efficiency and eliminated cracking issues.
Installation of automation and power supply systems for a steam boiler plant
Carried out a full scope of installation work on boiler-plant automation and power supply. Designed and built the boiler control cabinet. Performed heat-engineering commissioning: optimized operating modes, improved energy efficiency, and reduced fuel consumption.
Installation of automation and gas supply systems for a Nagema G30 wafer oven
Carried out a full scope of installation and commissioning work. Implemented monitoring and control systems with precise temperature control and real-time monitoring. The upgrade improved equipment safety and energy efficiency.
Installation of a burner and control system for a copper melting furnace
Installed a Kromschröder BIC burner and designed a PLC-based automation cabinet. LPG is used as fuel. The upgrade improved safety through automatic monitoring and an emergency shutdown system.
Commissioning of the Laser confectionery line with ESA burners
Carried out commissioning of the Laser confectionery production line, checked heat-engineering parameters, measured combustion tuning quality, and verified the operation of components and mechanisms.
Automation of a DA-5/4 deaerator
Designed an automation system for an atmospheric DA deaerator, installed the control cabinet, and carried out commissioning work.
